AI coding agents are powerful, but only when they have the right context. Vibeless was built to solve the context problem — giving your agents everything they need to build correctly, every time.
We believe agentic coding will reshape how software is built — but only if agents stop starting every session from scratch. Vibeless provides a structured layer between your project and your AI agents: specs, context documents, architecture docs, and dependency information that your agents access on demand through MCP. No more copy-pasting. No more stale context. No more agents that don't understand your project.
We believe AI agents need traceable rules, not opaque prompts. Every Vibeless decision — classification, drift detection, context selection — is grounded in rules you can read, audit, and override.
We treat specs as the source of truth, not an afterthought. When code drifts from spec, agents and humans both need to know — and Vibeless makes that signal first-class.
We surface limitations, not just capabilities. If a workflow is brittle, a heuristic is approximate, or a feature is early, we say so — in the product and in the docs.
Vibeless was founded by David Waight in Oregon in 2026 and is built and operated by Vibeless LLC. It started the way most honest tools do: the same agent that writes a clean module on Monday will quietly break your conventions on Wednesday, and we wanted a guardrail against that for our own work — we couldn't find one we trusted, so we built it.
