Service Level Agreement

No SLA at this time
Vibeless does not currently offer a formal service level agreement (SLA) for any subscription tier. The Service is provided on a best-efforts, “as available” basis. No uptime guarantee, response time target, or service credit mechanism is in effect.
This is consistent with Section 8 of the Terms of Service, which states that Vibeless makes no uptime or service-level commitment for this product.
Future SLA terms
If and when Vibeless introduces formal SLA commitments — for example, as part of an Enterprise tier — the controlling terms will be published on this page and incorporated by reference into the relevant subscription agreement. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' advance notice before any material change to service-level commitments takes effect.
