Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Vibeless platform, website, APIs, and associated services (collectively, the “Service”). It supplements the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to store, transmit, or process content that:
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other intellectual property right.
- Violates any applicable law or regulation, including export control or sanctions laws.
- Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other content that sexually exploits minors.
- Contains malware, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other malicious code intended to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, by any means including password mining or brute-force attacks.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network associated with the Service without prior written authorization from Vibeless.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Service or its infrastructure, including through denial-of-service attacks, flooding, or sending unsolicited bulk communications.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders) to access the Service at a rate that exceeds reasonable personal use or that circumvents rate limits.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without prior written consent from Vibeless.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Service to facilitate, promote, or engage in spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices.
3. Security Research
Good-faith security research is welcome. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in the Service, please report it to security@vibeless.pro before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and work to resolve confirmed issues promptly.
Testing must not involve accessing or modifying data belonging to other users, disrupting production services, or conducting social engineering attacks against Vibeless personnel.
4. Enforcement
Vibeless reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Upon determining that a violation has occurred or is imminent, we may, without prior notice:
- Suspend or terminate access to the Service.
- Remove or disable access to offending content.
- Report the conduct to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Pursue civil remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.
5. Reporting Violations
To report a suspected violation of this AUP, email legal@vibeless.pro with sufficient detail for us to investigate. We will acknowledge all reports and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as described in the Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
